Button Knot earrings, with vibrant Blue Agate and fire polished Czech beads. The earliest record of the Button Knot dates back almost 3000 years ago from the Zhou Dynasty, and was used as a symbol of good fortune. 

This Agate is mainly made up of layers of Chalcedony, and impurities of minerals deposits layering over time, giving the stone its white, black, red, or brown “banded” characteristic. Banded Agate is often dyed to enhance the stone's natural pattern, and add a more attractive colour.
